Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, expired or incorrect products.
• Report within 24 hours with order number, photos of product, packaging and shipping label.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging with invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Perishable food unless damaged/incorrect.
• Items without original packaging.
•  Products damaged due to misuse.
•   Promotional/clearance items except damaged or incorrect orders.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• COD refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI.
• Shipping charges are refundable only if the error was ours.

Exchanges

• Available only for damaged, defective, expired or incorrect products.
• Subject to verification and stock availability.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Processed/dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
